Biography
Amanda Kehrberg received her M.A.S. degree in American Media and Popular Culture from Arizona State University in 2011. She has taught courses for ASU on film, new media, and digital storytelling. She is currently working toward a doctorate in Mass Communication at the University of Oklahoma, where she teaches classes in writing and media.

Research Interests
Research interests include technology, diversity, and public relations. She has presented multiple papers at conferences, including PCA, SWPCA, SWECJMC, and AEJMC. Recent and forthcoming publications cover such topics as sports film conventions, gender and comedy, social media rhetoric, and crisis communication.
