The AI-Informed Writing Classroom is an initiative within Writing Programs exploring the ethical implementation of large-language model (LLM) and generative AI tools into writing classrooms.

Working Groups

Student Focus Groups and OURS Research

Current students in Writing Programs courses will be invited to participate in discussion groups through spring 2026. In addition, a cohort of ASU Online undergraduates are co-principle investigators on a research grant funded by The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. The students are helping test and evaluate a set of AI writing technologies.
